Be a Berean

Before I get too deep into my blog, and include notes on the Bible from
my personal study, I want to make a disclaimer and encourage anyone
reading this blog to be like a Berean.
What's a Berean?
Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true. - Acts 17:11 (NIV)
I may be mistaken in my posts. I may not see things perfectly clearly. And I may miss things, or even read over them in my haste and joy.
So be a Berean, and think about what I write, and check it against your own reason and (most importantly) the Bible itself, and pray, before you accept what I say as truth.
And if I am wrong, or you know of something that would clarify a topic, please don't hesitate to write to me. It is better to be corrected than to continue blissfully in error.
